Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of LeK Studio, a creator workflow for finding, reviewing, editing, scheduling, and publishing short-form video clips. By using LeK Studio, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must provide accurate information when connecting a third-party account. You are responsible for protecting access to your computer and connected accounts.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide to LeK Studio. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to process, edit, and publish that content, including any music, video, artwork, likenesses, and other protected material it contains.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use LeK Studio to violate law, infringe another person's rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, evade platform safeguards, or publish content prohibited by a destination platform. You must follow the terms and community rules of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and any other connected service.
4. Connected services
Social account connections are made only after you authorize the applicable platform. Availability, review requirements, rate limits, and publishing behavior are controlled in part by those third-party services and may change. LeK Studio is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Google, Twitch, or Discord.
5. Publishing and scheduling
You are responsible for reviewing the selected clip, caption, account, and publish time. Scheduled publishing may require the LeK Studio desktop application and its backend service to remain available. A queued or scheduled job is not a guarantee that a third-party platform will accept or publish the content.
6. Service changes
LeK Studio is under active development. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed to improve reliability, comply with platform requirements, or protect users and connected services.
7. Disclaimers
LeK Studio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every media file or third-party platform change.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HeisLazi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost content, revenue, account access, or publishing opportunities arising from use of LeK Studio.
9. Termination
You may stop using LeK Studio and disconnect social accounts at any time. Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to address misuse, legal requirements, platform rules, or security risks.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the product and its integrations develop. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
